All products are manufactured and prepared after payment confirmation. The handling and production time is approximately 7 days, after which the order is shipped. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, in the event that an item arrives damaged during shipping or contains a printing/manufacturing mistake, customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Since all shipments are covered by shipping insurance, customers must provide clear photographic proof of the damage when submitting a claim. For maximum protection, we strongly recommend customers record a video while unboxing the package. Once the claim is verified, a full refund will be issued, and we will handle the insurance process directly with the shipping provider. No refunds or returns will be accepted beyond these circumstances.
